Services

Can I order a service yet?

Workpilo does not use a public Buy Now or checkout system.

To start, choose the service that matches your needs and request an estimate.

Workpilo will review your requirements before confirming the final price.

How do I choose the right service?

Browse the Services page and choose the service that most closely matches the work you need.

Each service page explains its purpose, typical scope, and starting price.

If you are unsure which service to choose, select Other when requesting an estimate and explain what you need.

Can I request something that is not listed?

Yes.

If the work is related to the type of digital business support Workpilo provides, you can still send the details through the Request an Estimate page.

Workpilo will review the request and confirm whether it can be handled.

Can Workpilo handle large and small projects?

Yes.

The scope of each project is reviewed individually.

Some requests are small tasks. Others need more work.

The final estimate will reflect the actual requirements.

Estimates and pricing

How will services be priced?

Services display a starting price where applicable.

The final price is based on the actual project requirements.

Factors may include the amount of work, quantity, complexity, condition of supplied material, requested output, and turnaround.

Why does a service show a starting price?

The same type of service can require very different amounts of work from one project to another.

A starting price gives you an idea of the minimum expected cost. Workpilo then prepares a fair estimate for your project.

How do I get the final price?

Use the Request an Estimate page and provide the project details.

Workpilo will review the information and usually reply within 1 business day.

If more information is needed before preparing the estimate, Workpilo will contact you first.

Is requesting an estimate free?

Yes.

Requesting an estimate is free and does not require you to continue with the project.

Do I have to accept the estimate?

No.

You can review the estimate before deciding whether you want to proceed.

Can the final price be higher than the starting price?

Yes.

The starting price is not a fixed price for every project.

The final amount depends on the project scope and requirements.

You will know the final agreed price before payment is required.

Payment

How do I pay?

After you accept an estimate, Workpilo privately sends you an invoice or payment link.

The available payment option will be provided with the invoice.

Is there a public checkout on the website?

No.

Workpilo does not currently use public checkout.

Payment is arranged privately after the project scope and final price have been confirmed.

When does work begin?

Unless otherwise agreed, work begins after the estimate has been accepted and the required payment has been confirmed.

Project process

What information should I provide?

Provide enough information for Workpilo to understand what needs to be completed.

Depending on the service, this may include:

  • Project instructions
  • Files
  • Quantity or scope
  • Required output
  • Preferred deadline
  • Relevant examples or references
  • Any important project conditions

The service page may also explain what information is normally required.

Can I attach files to an estimate request?

Once we reply to your request, you can send project files by replying to our email.

Only provide files that are necessary for Workpilo to understand or complete the requested service.

Do not provide unnecessary sensitive information.

How long does a project take?

Turnaround depends on the service and project scope.

Some service pages may show a typical turnaround.

The expected delivery time for your specific project will be confirmed during the estimate process.

What happens if you need more information?

Workpilo will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your request.

Work may be delayed until the required information is received.

What do I need to provide?

Each service lists its required files, information, and instructions. These depend on the work you choose.

When does the turnaround time begin?

Your estimate confirms the turnaround. Unless otherwise agreed, work begins after payment is confirmed and all required files and instructions are received.

Your estimate confirms the turnaround for your project. Unless otherwise agreed, work begins after the estimate has been accepted and the required payment has been confirmed.

Delivery and revisions

How will I receive completed work?

The delivery method depends on the service.

Completed work may be delivered through email, file attachment, file sharing link, or another agreed method.

Are revisions included?

Revisions are included only when they are explicitly stated in the estimate, service description, or project agreement.

Do not assume that every service automatically includes revisions.

What if I change my requirements after accepting the estimate?

Changes outside the originally agreed scope may require a revised estimate, additional cost, or a different delivery time.

Workpilo will confirm this before completing additional work.

What if there is a problem with the delivered work?

Contact Workpilo and explain the issue clearly.

Workpilo will review the delivered work against the agreed project scope and decide on the appropriate next step.

Refund and cancellation conditions are explained in the Refund Policy.

Will someone check my completed work?

Yes. Every completed order is personally checked before delivery.

Refunds and cancellations

Can I cancel after paying?

If Workpilo has not yet started working on the project, an eligible cancellation may receive a full refund.

Once work has started, payments are generally non-refundable because time and resources have already been allocated.

Full conditions are available in the Refund Policy.

What if Workpilo cannot complete the service?

If Workpilo cannot deliver the agreed service, the situation will be reviewed.

Depending on how much work has already been completed, an appropriate full or partial refund may be provided.
