Workpilo (“Workpilo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital business operations service operated by CHBT LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

  • WhatsApp communications
  • invoices and payment related communications
  • files or information submitted for a service
  • communications relating to ongoing or completed projects.

Workpilo currently does not provide customer accounts or a customer login system.

We only collect information reasonably necessary to communicate with customers, prepare estimates, provide services, process payments, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • phone or WhatsApp number if provided
  • company or business name if provided.

Service and Project Information

When you request or purchase a service, we may collect:

  • project descriptions

  • requested deadlines
  • preferred output formats
  • files, documents, spreadsheets, images, or other materials you provide
  • information necessary to understand, estimate, complete, or deliver the requested service.

We may retain communications exchanged with you through:

  • WhatsApp
  • website forms
  • other communication methods agreed between you and Workpilo.

These communications may include questions, instructions, feedback, revisions, approvals, and support requests.

Billing and Transaction Information

When you accept an estimate and proceed with a service, we may collect or maintain:

  • billing contact details
  • agreed service price
  • payment status
  • transaction or payment reference numbers
  • payment method used
  • records required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal purposes.

Workpilo does not intentionally store full payment card numbers, online banking passwords, or similar payment credentials.

Payment information may instead be processed directly by banks, PayPal, card payment providers, or other payment service providers selected for the transaction.

4. Technical Information and Website Hosting

Workpilo does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, behavioral advertising systems, or similar website analytics tools.

We do not intentionally build profiles about how visitors browse the website.

However, workpilo.com is hosted using third party infrastructure, currently expected to include Vercel.

Hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information necessary to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and operate the website. This may include server request information such as an IP address, request timestamps, security logs, or other technical information processed by the infrastructure provider.

Workpilo does not use this information for behavioral advertising or marketing profiling.

5. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries
  • communicate with customers
  • review service requirements
  • prepare estimates
  • confirm project scope
  • prepare and issue invoices
  • process and confirm payments
  • provide requested services
  • deliver completed work

We do not currently use customer information for newsletters or promotional email campaigns.

Service related and transactional communications may still be sent when necessary to respond to your request or provide a service.

Customers should not provide unnecessary sensitive personal information.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may share information only where reasonably necessary with service providers or other parties that support our business.

Website Hosting Providers

Workpilo currently expects to host its website using Vercel or related infrastructure providers.

Email Providers

Business email may be provided using Hostinger or another email infrastructure provider.

Communication Providers

If you choose to communicate with Workpilo through WhatsApp, information submitted through that service is also processed by WhatsApp and its associated service providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Payment Providers and Financial Institutions

Depending on your preferred payment method, payment may be processed through:

  • PayPal
  • card payment providers
  • banks
  • other payment or invoicing providers.

The particular provider may vary depending on the transaction.

Professional Advisers

Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with accountants, attorneys, tax professionals, consultants, or other professional advisers.

9. Payments

Workpilo does not currently provide a public website checkout.

The normal process is:

  1. you request an estimate
  2. Workpilo reviews the requirements
  3. Workpilo provides an estimate
  4. you accept the estimate
  5. Workpilo privately provides an invoice or payment link
  6. payment is completed using the agreed payment method.

Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Workpilo generally receives information confirming the transaction, such as the amount paid, payer information, transaction status, and transaction reference.

10. Cookies

Workpilo does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

The website may use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for functionality, security, form handling, fraud prevention, or technical operation.

Because these technologies are used only where necessary for operation of the website, they are not used to build advertising profiles.

If Workpilo begins using analytics, advertising, or other non-essential cookies in the future, this Privacy Policy and any required cookie controls will be updated before such use.

11. International Customers and Data Transfers

Workpilo provides services to customers worldwide.

CHBT LLC is located in the United States.

As a result, personal information provided to Workpilo may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries in which our service providers operate.

Privacy and data protection laws may differ between countries.

Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for international transfers, we will rely on lawful transfer mechanisms, contractual protections, service provider safeguards, legal exceptions, or other mechanisms permitted by applicable law.

Project files and communications may be deleted when they are no longer reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, record keeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

Financial, transaction, invoice, and accounting records may be retained for longer periods where required or reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, or legal purposes.

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.
