Useful answers
Before you send your files
Which browsers are included?
The browser names, versions and viewport sizes are agreed before testing. Tell us which combinations matter to your audience so we can confirm the scope and estimate.
Does this cover every phone and device?
No. The report covers the specified test combinations. Viewport checks do not by themselves confirm behavior on every physical device. Any requirements for specific devices must be discussed first.
Will the report identify where a difference occurs?
Reproducible findings identify the relevant page, browser version and viewport, alongside the steps and observed behavior. Supporting screenshots are included where appropriate to the agreed report.
Will you fix browser compatibility issues?
This service documents differences found during testing. Code changes and compatibility fixes are not included, and the results do not guarantee compatibility outside the tested combinations.
Need to compare how your site behaves?
Tell us what you need. We’ll confirm the scope, price, and timing before you decide to proceed.
