Illustrative variant organization. The same four supplied color and size combinations are mapped into one parent product structure. No new variants or stock quantities are inferred. The relationships follow your agreed rules.

The result

What you receive

  • A structured variant file containing the agreed parent product, option and SKU relationships.
  • Unclear attributes or relationships flagged using the review method agreed with you.

Prepared around your agreed requirements.

Your part

What we need from you

  1. Your supplied product and variant records, including existing SKUs.

  2. The parent product relationships and option values you want used.

  3. Your target template, required field names and handling rules for unclear combinations.

  4. The number of products and variants, output format and any deadline.

A clear scope,
before we begin.

The scope covers structuring supplied variant data. Missing SKUs, attributes and product combinations are not invented. Stock verification, new SKU generation, pricing decisions, integrations and changes to a live store require separate agreement.

Useful answers

Before you send your files

Can you organize both size and color options?

Yes. Supply the available option values and explain which combinations belong to each parent product. We agree the field structure before arranging your existing variant records.

What happens if SKUs or attributes are missing?

We flag missing information for clarification. Existing SKUs are associated with their supplied variants using agreed rules. Generating new identifiers or assuming missing combinations is not part of the standard scope.

Will you update variants in my live store?

This service prepares a structured file from supplied data. It does not change the live store, verify inventory or synchronize stock. Share your target template so the output requirements can be confirmed.

How are pricing and turnaround confirmed?

We review the number of parent products and variants, option fields, SKU relationships, conflicting records and deadline. Your estimate confirms scope, final price and delivery timing. Payment is arranged privately after acceptance.

Ready to make your product options clearer?

Tell us what you need. We’ll confirm the scope, price, and timing before you decide to proceed.
