Useful answers
Before you send your files
Can you work from rough notes?
Yes. Share the notes and references you already have. We review the material and clarify missing steps or responsibilities before confirming what can be documented.
Will you design a new process for us?
The service organizes and documents the process you describe. Designing a new operating process or changing responsibilities is separate work and requires a separately agreed scope.
Does this include workflow automation?
No. The deliverable is documentation. Automations, integrations and software configuration are not included.
Can you include responsibilities and handoffs?
Yes, where those details are supplied or confirmed by you. We arrange them alongside the relevant steps and flag anything that needs clarification instead of assuming who should be responsible.
Have a process worth putting in order?
Tell us what you need. We’ll confirm the scope, price, and timing before you decide to proceed.
