The result

What you receive

  • One consolidated spreadsheet containing the agreed records from your supplied files.
  • The completed file with columns and overlap handling arranged according to your confirmed instructions.

Prepared around your agreed requirements.

Your part

What we need from you

  1. All source spreadsheets and a list of the files or tabs to include.

  2. The desired master structure, column headings or an example output file.

  3. Matching rules and instructions for overlapping or conflicting records.

  4. Your required delivery format and any deadline we should consider.

A clear scope,
before we begin.

The scope covers combining supplied files using agreed column mappings and record handling rules. Automatic syncing, integrations, new formulas and broader data cleanup require separate agreement. Conflicting values and duplicate handling are discussed before consolidation. No source is assumed to take priority.

Useful answers

Before you send your files

Can the source spreadsheets have different column names?

Yes, where the corresponding fields can be identified and mapped. Share the files and explain which columns belong together. We confirm the common structure and any fields needing clarification before work begins.

How do you handle duplicates or conflicting values?

We use the matching and priority rules agreed with you. Tell us whether overlapping rows should be retained, combined or excluded, and which source takes priority where values conflict. We do not assume that similar records are duplicates.

Will the master spreadsheet update automatically?

This service prepares a consolidated file from the sources you supply. Ongoing synchronization, automation and connections to live systems are outside this service unless separately agreed.

How are the final price and delivery timing confirmed?

We review the number and size of source files, differences between columns, matching rules, conflicts and required output. Your estimate confirms the scope, final price and timing. Payment is arranged privately after acceptance.
